However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly return and refund policy.
1. 7-Day Easy Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoice must be included.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Returned products must pass our quality inspection process before approval.
2. 100% Refund Eligibility
Eligible returns qualify for a full refund when:
- The item successfully passes our quality control inspection.
- There are no signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or tampering.
- All original documentation and packaging are returned.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after return approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of many Custom Karat products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized jewelry.
- Engraved products.
- Made-to-order jewelry created according to customer specifications.
- CAD-approved custom designs.
- Loose diamonds, gemstones, or special-order items.
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale products.
4. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- Exchanges are available only for non-customized products.
- One exchange request is permitted per order.
- Any price difference must be paid by the customer before processing.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or return pickup at no additional cost.
6. Return Pickup & Shipping
- Free return pickup is available for eligible returns within India.
- For locations where pickup services are unavailable, customers may self-ship the product.
- Approved self-shipping costs will be reimbursed.
- All approved returns are insured during transit for added protection.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
Quality Inspection
- 2–4 business days after receiving the returned product.
Refund Initiation
- Within 48 hours after return approval.
Expected Credit Timeline
- UPI & Wallets: 2–5 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
- Net Banking: 5–10 business days
8. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- After shipment, customers may request a return if the product qualifies under this policy.
9. International Orders
International orders are generally non-returnable except in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged.
- Product received is defective.
- Wrong item delivered.
Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.
